Red Hot Holdings is structured to be the corporation behind the intellectual property associated with a series of concepts ranging from fast casual restaurants to full service fine dining to lounges, clubs and even hotels.  It is also our goal to own and operate each product we develop.  Red Hot Holdings will, when necessary, work with investors who desire to be a part of the exciement and allure of the food service/entertainment industry.  We are a diverse company with multiple concepts each of which has its place in a certain market at a certain time.  Right now, in todays financial climate, we are focusing our intention on the, still strong, fast casual food industry.  Thus we are now featuring our premier fast casual brand - Carm's Coneys. 

Our recipe for the fast casual food industry is simple - offer the finest ingredients and best tasting product available - in a vibrant environment and, at a reasonable price.
