Investing in the Restaurant and Nightclub industry is not for everyone.  These ventures are often risky and may not succeed.  However, with high risk comes high reward.  Our investors are the type of people that have an extensive check writing ability and are attracted to the fun and panache of being a part in the food service industry.  Our investors receive a true equity position in the restaurant in which they invest and are positioned as a non-managing member in that entity which is created as an LLC.  Each investor also receives a right of first refusal in each subsequent project; be it the same Brand or a new concept.  Each project will have a specific business plan containing projected sales, profits and, of course, return on investment
